Heaven's Edge sits inside Cobbly Nob, a gated 1,000-acre mountain resort about six miles from the Greenbrier entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. From Heaven's Edge, the Greenbrier entrance is only about six miles away. Greenbrier is the entrance locals use: less traffic, easy access to swimming holes on the Little Pigeon River, and trailheads like Porters Creek and Ramsey Cascades. Downtown Gatlinburg, with Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, the SkyLift, and the Space Needle, is 10 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are about 8.5 miles out. You get the national park on one side and the attractions on the other, with a gated mountain resort to come home to.

Heaven's Edge shares the ridge with its sister cabin, Picadilly Perch, right next door.
